Discovering What Works For You
The right potency and serving size for you depends on your body weight, metabolism, individual body chemistry, and other metabolic factors.

Serving Size
In order to be effective, you have to take enough. Serving sizes can range from 25 mg to 200 mg.
To find the amount of CBD that meets your needs, we'd recommend starting out with 50 mg, waiting 2 hours, and increasing until you've reached your desired effect.
Talk with your healthcare provider before using CBD to ensure it's the right choice for you, and to avoid interactions with certain medications.
